The component for BMW was 10mm in diameter and 191mm long, starting from a coil of wire cold-forged to length and supplied with a custom conical head by a hand heading machine. The tractor components began life as wire supplied by the customer forged into a ball pin, with the end of the unit extruded and flattened in a second operation. Both our flexibility and versatility, as you can see, is great.

Our specialism, stainless steel, allows us to produce unique and resilient tri-head security screws of various sizes, used on special boxes fitted on the outside of houses and flats, plus an A4 M8 X 305mm long bolt with 200mm of thread, supplied to Serco-Ryan and used in various situations requiring safe and high quality fasteners, including multi-storey window cleaning cradles.
