Pattern Fasteners combines UK manufacturing, dependable lead times and comprehensive technical documentation to support your production, quality and compliance requirements.

From material origin through to final inspection and dispatch, we maintain clear records throughout the manufacturing process. Documentation packages can be tailored to suit automotive, defence, industrial, energy and other highly regulated applications.

UK Manufacturing

All components are manufactured in the UK at our West Midlands facility.

Keeping production under our control enables us to closely monitor quality, maintain consistent manufacturing standards and provide clear communication throughout each project.

Quality Documentation and Certification

We can provide a comprehensive range of certification and quality documents to support customer approval, compliance and audit requirements.

The documentation supplied will depend on the component, industry, specification and individual order requirements.

3.1 Material Certification — EN 10204

Where requested, we can provide 3.1 material certification with traceability back to the originating mill.

Documentation is supplied with the completed order at dispatch.

ISIR — Initial Sample Inspection Reports

Initial Sample Inspection Reports provide dimensional and material verification for new components, first-off samples and customer approval processes.

These reports help confirm that parts have been manufactured in accordance with the drawing and agreed specification before full production begins.

PPAP Level 3

We can provide Level 3 Production Part Approval Process documentation for automotive, OEM and other high-compliance projects.

A PPAP package may include dimensional results, material certification, process documentation, control plans and supporting quality records, depending on the agreed requirements.

IMDS — International Material Data System

We support IMDS submissions for automotive OEM and Tier 1 supply-chain requirements.

Material information can be compiled and submitted to demonstrate compliance with applicable automotive material-reporting obligations.

Certificate of Conformity

A Certificate of Conformity provides signed confirmation that the supplied components comply with the relevant drawing, specification and purchase-order requirements.

Certificates can be issued with the completed order where required.

Full Production Traceability

As standard, we monitor production processes and record job-specific information using our in-house MRP system.

This allows us to maintain traceability throughout manufacture, including relevant materials, operations, inspections and production records.

Where enhanced traceability is required, additional documentation and reporting can be agreed as part of the order.
