To support continuous day and night production, we utilise a range of automated safety systems that provide constant protection without interrupting machine performance. These unmanned safety measures are designed to monitor our equipment and respond instantly should an issue arise, giving us complete confidence in our operations even outside of normal working hours.

Air quality is another key priority within our facility. To minimise airborne oil mist and other potentially harmful particles generated during machining, we use high-performance Filtermist extraction and ventilation units. These systems continuously remove contaminants from the air, helping to create a cleaner, healthier workspace for our team while maintaining a high standard of environmental responsibility.

The safety of our employees is equally important. All staff are provided with and required to wear the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) while working within our manufacturing facility. This includes safety glasses, steel toe cap footwear, and any additional protective equipment required for specific tasks or work areas. By maintaining high standards of PPE compliance, we help reduce workplace risks and ensure everyone can carry out their role safely and confidently.

In addition, all of our CNC machines are equipped with Firetrace integrated automatic fire suppression systems. In the unlikely event of a fire, these systems are designed to detect and extinguish the hazard immediately, helping to protect both our employees and our equipment while minimising disruption to production.
